Our Online Store operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our shipping and receiving hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm eastern standard time.

Sorry, but at the present time we do not ship outside of the US.
are your soaps made with olive oil?
Yes... we use only pure olive oil as opposed to pomice olive oil used by many soap makers.
how long will your soaps stay fresh?
Our soaps will last up to a year or longer but are best used within 6 months.
are your soaps and lotions biodegradable?
Yes, both our soaps and lotions are biodegradable as we only use natural ingredients.
how long will my soap last?
It should last equally as long as a commercially made soap will last if properly cared for. You should avoid letting your showerhead stream water onto the soap and store on a soap dish with drain holes.
do you use any animal products in your manufacturing?
No. All of our products are vegetable based. At this time the only animal-derived ingredients we use are honey in several of our soaps, beeswax in our lip balms, and goat's milk in several soaps.
do you make specialty baskets?
Yes we can. Just e-mail us with your request. In most cases we can give you a quote over the phone, or e-mail you as soon as possible. Allow at least an extra week for the shipment of specialty items. See Customer Service for shipping schedule.
