With many requests for a pain-free line of products to aid in the soothing of sore muscles and achy joints, we decided to answer the call. These (2) products make a great addition to our Karl’s Neuropathy Cream (a neuropathy pain cream found over in in our NØRDIK section).
Organic aloe vera gel, menthol crystals, capsaicin, organic EO’s: (white camphor, sweet basil, black pepper oil, roman & german chamomile, cinnamon, eucalyptus, helichrysum, ginger, grapefruit, juniper, lemongrass, peppermint, pine, rosemary, spearmint, oregano), glycerin, witch hazel, arnica flower, and phenoxyethanol.
We offered several Pain-Free products as an addition to our Karl’s Neuropathy Cream to form a more complete line of products in the alleviation of pain. This new addition is geared for people who may have over-done their workouts or maybe hiked a little too far over the weekend. We put these products in 8oz PET plastic bottles with flip caps.

Known for its calming effect, this oil distilled from the Chamomile flower has anti-inflammatory properties that benefit the skin. Studies have shown that Chamomile essential oil has antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Chamomile has been used for centuries for its soothing abilities.
This oil is extracted through steam distillation of the leaves and branches of the Eucalyptus tree. Fragrant and fresh, this oil has naturally deodorant and expectorant properties. Eucalyptus is a scent that reminds us of renewal and new life to our senses.
Steam distilled from the needles of the Pine tree, this woodsy essential oil has a refreshing and invigorating aroma. Used in aromatherapy, studies have shown Pine essential oil to exhibit antimicrobial activity when diffused. Some use it topically to relax muscles due to its soothing and antioxidant properties. It is especially good for troubled skin that aids in the treatment of eczema.
Anti-inflammatory: Camphor essential oil is anti-inflammatory. It leaves a cooling effect that is very effective in relieving pain. It is also used to suppress the pain caused due to neuralgia by contracting the blood vessels and easing the pressure on the cranial nerve. Anesthetic: Camphor oil has the property to numb the sensory nerves in the skin and hence can be used as a temporary anesthetic. Using the oil can offer relief from pain caused due to insect bites, mild burns or skin irritation. We use a small amount of Camphor essential oil in our Medicated lip balm, but it does make for a great ingredient to add to this formulation to aid in the relief of painful dry lips in cold winter weather.
Our organic menthol crystals are fair trade certified. These carefully crafted crystals are a 100% natural product that originate from Organic Menthol essential oil extraction. Menthol crystals are cooling, refreshing, and have a pleasantly strong minty aroma. They are often used in cosmetics, salves, balms, medicated creams, throat lozenges, pain relief products, and cooling gels. Since menthol crystals are so concentrated, only a very small amount is needed within products.
Arnica Montana flowers are great for the skin as they contain various ingredients for the skin like sesquiterpene lactones or helenalin, carbonic acid, flavonoids, coumarins and volatile oils. Helenalin along with flavonoid act on the skin that is exposed to stress and help in smoothening and renewing it. Arnica also has great antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties and heals sunburns, wounds, minor burns and superficial phlebitis. It is also very effective as a pain reliever.
Apply liberally to desired area, rub into the skin, and avoid the facial area. Use as often as needed for pain.
